At EternalPerfumeOils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused perfume oils in their original glass vials and velvet pouches to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
